Global management experience, e.g. as a member of the Executive Board for Human Resources, Organization, Legal Affairs and IT at group and family-owned companies in the automotive supply industry, mechanical/plant engineering, construction and forestry, and automation technology, supplemented by global product/business unit and country responsibility (South Africa, France, China, USA). After studies and officer career in all personnel tasks and member of the management for personnel, corporate planning and strategy, then three years as COO in America, then head of personnel plant (11,000 employees) at an OEM.
Studied business administration with a focus on human resources management at the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich.
